Procyon Group was established to address a specific gap in the South Asian advisory market: the need for specialists who have managed real industrial risk — not analysts with frameworks but no field experience. Our practice is built on practitioners who have run process safety programmes at live petrochemical facilities, led HAZOP studies under production pressure, and delivered E&S assessments for development-bank lenders.

Chemical engineer and Certified Safety Professional with 35 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemicals, and manufacturing across Canada, Qatar, Kuwait, and Pakistan. Nadeem has led implementation of DuPont's 22-element process safety framework, facilitated PHA and HAZOP studies for highly hazardous facilities, and delivered safety culture and ESG improvement programmes across multinational operations.

Kashif Rasheed, CCPSC®, CIT

Process Safety Expert · E&S Risk Advisor · Lead Trainer

Kashif brings more than two decades of experience across fertilizer, oil and gas, power, petrochemicals, and infrastructure. His work spans process safety programme development, HSE systems, industrial hygiene, incident investigation, sustainability analytics, and technical training. He has supported major industrial clients across Pakistan, the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, and South Africa, and also brings direct environmental and social risk advisory exposure from World Bank-supported assignments.

Milan Karki is a development specialist with extensive experience in governance, infrastructure delivery, employment systems, and institutional strengthening across Nepal and South Asia. He has supported large-scale World Bank-funded programmes, led complex delivery across municipalities, and contributed to digital monitoring, supervision, and recruitment systems for public-sector implementation. His profile strengthens Procyon's capability for development-finance, governance, and public systems advisory.
